This is how we operate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you would like to get to know us, we will offer you a\u00a0<strong>free presentation<\/strong>\u00a0of our agency in your offices. You are also welcome to visit us and get an impression of our working environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You define a communications objective, a time line and your available budget and provide us with additional information about your company during a<strong>\u00a0briefing<\/strong>. If you prefer, agency presentation and briefing can be combined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We undertake additional research, analyse the communicative environment and current opinions and use them to develop a starting position. If necessary, a<strong>\u00a0re-briefing<\/strong>\u00a0can be scheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We develop a communications plan or a written\u00a0<strong>expos\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0for a project and present it to you. Annual communications plans and expos\u00e9s comprise:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row bg-dk-gray px-5\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-12 col-lg-12 col-xl-12 col-xxl-12\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Situation \/ SWOT-Analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communications goals \/ Target groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Key messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PR measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time table<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You\u00a0<strong>commission<\/strong>\u00a0the agreed PR measures and we begin implementing them. If a long-term co-operation on a contractual basis ensues, we will include an exclusivity clause in the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on the scope and time line of a project, we liaise regularly with you in order to control the\u00a0<strong>project&#8217;s status<\/strong>\u00a0and progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the basis of our minutes, cost estimates and\/or text- or layout-presentations, your authorized employees give the\u00a0<strong>final go-ahead<\/strong>\u00a0for the implementation of each single project step.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agency reimbursement<\/strong>\u00a0is arranged as a flat rate for a single project or as a monthly retainer based on the actual time expended. Out-of-pockets are billed separately. A status report is available at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evaluation<\/strong>\u00a0of implemented measures can be effected with different methods that client and agency agree upon and modify according to individual requirements.
