Laura Intile-Woo and Bettina Sieber – New leadership duo at dk Life Science Communications

dk Life Science Communications is to be headed by a two-person team: Bettina Sieber and Laura Intile-Woo are taking on operational leadership of the healthcare communication agency. Both come from in-house and bring many years’ experience in advising businesses and organisations in the healthcare sector. Together, they will be responsible for the agency’s strategic direction, the expansion of its consulting operations and leadership of the team.

Sieber and Intile-Woo have been in leadership positions shaping dk’s development for many years. Sieber has overseen the Rx area for more than 15 years and has extensive experience in strategic healthcare communication. She established the Rare Diseases section at dk and is an expert in advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs). Intile-Woo has been Director Digital HCP Relations, responsible for expanding digital communication solutions for healthcare professionals. With its new leadership duo, dk is combining its long-standing healthcare expertise with digital communication capabilities and, in doing so, advancing the agency’s strategic direction within the WEFRA LIFE Group.

‘With Bettina Sieber and Laura Intile-Woo, dk has two experienced leaders taking over the reins for the agency’s future. The two of them have been familiar with our agency for many years and have skillsets that complement each other outstandingly. I am looking forward to unlocking fresh development momentum together with them,’ says Niklas Kurz, Managing Director of dk and WEFRA LIFE.

Developing on proven strengths

Together, Sieber and Intile-Woo wish to shape the future of dk. The agency has for over 30 years been synonymous with well-founded healthcare communication, trusting relationships with clients and a mission of conveying complex matters in a relevant, easily understood way. ‘These are strengths that we wish to preserve and deliberately develop further, with a constant goal of giving our clients the best guidance possible,’ says Sieber.

The industry is experiencing dynamic changes. ‘Side by side with our team, we want to have an active part in these developments and support our clients with strategically grounded and innovative digital communication solutions,’ Intile-Woo adds.

Together under one roof: dk moving to WEFRA LIFE’s offices

With effect from 1 August 2026, dk is shifting its registered office to the WEFRA LIFE site in Neu-Isenburg. The relocation means that the long-established, cross-location collaboration will in future also be physically visible. ‘With one shared location, it will now be even easier to foster integrated collaboration, creative exchange and personal dialogue,’ says Kurz.
