The WEFRA LIFE GROUP, headquartered in Neu-Isenburg, Germany, today announced the acquisition of all shares in the Frankfurt-based PR agency dk Life Science Communications. Thus one of the prominent owner-led Healthcare advertising agencies of Germany acquires one of the most renowned PR-agencies specialized in healthcare communication. The previous managing partner, Dorothea Küsters, who founded the agency in October 1993 after holding senior positions at MS&L, McCann Health and Ogilvy Healthcare, among others, will leave the company at the end of June 2023 and retire after more than 40 years in PR.
